A leading booking and information service for accommodations worldwide. The multi-media company offers innovative products for the tourism sector. Company headquarters are located in the hanseatic city of Stralsund, Germany.
 
What do we offer?
One network includes, among others, a cost-free information and reservation service for hotels and accommodations all over the world. The hotel database, with more than 600.000 registered hotels, motels, boarding-houses and inns is the world's largest database for all types of accommodations. The information is completed with more than 8200 colour pictures.
 
Safety and data protection
The confidence of our customers, the security of their data and the protection of their privacy is most important to us. Your personal data is protected during every online transaction by the most modern security system available. The transfer of this data is encrypted and illegible to third parties through the employment of Secure Socket Layers (SSL), a security standard supported by most Internet browsers. Our server software uses the latest technology for encrypting your personal data. During this encrypting process, your supplied data is encoded and can thus be transmitted safely via Internet. Third parties are not able to read the encrypted data during the transmission process via Internet. Your personal data will be administered and saved on a local, company-owned server. You may rest assured that we will under no circumstances pass on these information to third parties or use them for other purposes than the mediation of hotel rooms differing from those you agreed to. We appreciate your trust in our company and will protect your personal data with reasonable care.
 
Registered user - What is that?
You deposit your personal data, that will be transmitted automatically to the hotel when booking, only once. Interesting for you: if you are registered, you will save online time, since your personal data is available each time you visit. Of course you can change your data any time.
 
Advantages of a personal profile
Be clever and use the advantages of a personal profile: Differentiate between private and business travels, create several profiles. Every time you make a reservation inquiry or an online booking, your data are automatically passed on to the hotel without another entry intro the system.
 
How do I create my profile?
You click the button "New User" on the top navigation scroll bar. Enter your e-mail address and choose a password (at least 4 characters, only letters and numbers) and then confirm with "Login". Now you can enter your personal data. These are shown up at your next online visit, you just have to check them. Changes are still possible.
 
How do I change my profile?
After the successful login can see a system's overview. "My Profile" contains every personal data entered. Every single profile is changeable.
 
Forgotten your password?
Click "Login" in the upper navigation bar, then go to "Forgotten your Password?". Enter your e-mail address. After clicking on "Send" a new password will automatically be sent to your e-mail address. On your next visit you enter with this new password. For your own security we recommend that you immediately change this password. To do that you go to "My Profile" where you find the appropriate link to change your login data.
 
Journal "My Inquiries"
Once being registered you can find every activity made in journals. Lists in ascending order of the travel dates show you status, inquiry number and hotel name. More details about your inquiry are shown when clicking on the i-button. Make a not binding reservation inquiry for example, the status of your activity is shown ("waiting for reply", "option available until…" or "unfortunately not available"). All information are updated, you can directly book an option out of the journal. Successfully booked you find the entry in "My Bookings". Expired options or not available inquiries can be canceled. You decide what to archive.
 
Journal "My Bookings"
In this journal you find online bookings or bookings resulting from a reservation inquiry. Lists in ascending order of the travel dates show you status, booking number and hotel name. More details about your booking are shown when clicking on the i-button. Bookings that lie in the future can be canceled here. After expiry of the travel date the cancel button shows up. You decide what to archive.
 
Cancelation as registered/logged in user
You don't have to be registered/logged in to make cancelations. Just use the link "My Reservation" of our welcome page enter your e-mail address and booking number and you will see all data at one sight. Now you can cancel. If you are already logged in click the button "My Bookings". There you find all your booking activities. Search for your booking number. We would advise you to check the booking you want to cancel via the i-button to be on the safe side. The booking's status changes into "canceled" automatically.
 
Quick search for available accommodations
Your search will be especially efficient if you enter your travel data. Thus you get an overview about available accommodation. As one possibility you can chose the offer at once or you click "All Offers" and get a list of all the hotel's rates. These differing prices result among other things from different room equipments. These will be described for you as well as terms of cancelation and other conditions.
 
Search for hotels
With "Comfort Search"(on the left navigation bar) you can specify your search for accommodation. Please indicate your search criteria. As a result you receive a range of hotels with your desired criteria. In case you searched without giving any travel dates the list will contain online bookable hotels as well as hotels that have to be checked for availability within 24 hours. You already note that difference on the buttons in the hotel list - "Check" and "24 h Check".
 
Special offers
Stays over the weekend, short trips for special rates, 4 nights for the price of 3 and much more. These stays often contain a minimum duration together with certain weekdays for arrival.
 
Reservation Inquiry
Hotels marked in the list with a "24 h Check" button want to receive a reservation inquiry for available rooms. If the hotel gives an option you will be informed via e-mail about all conditions and you can decide until a certain time whether you want to book or not. Please click on "My Reservation" - here you enter your e-mail address and inquiry number. You have every information at one sight and can book if an option is given.
 
Online-Booking
All accommodations that can be booked online are identified with a "Check" button. If you have found an accommodation of your choice, just enter your dates of arrival and departure, number and type of rooms and the data of your credit card. Now you can book immediately. You payment your overnight stay directly in the hotel. You receive a booking confirmation to your e-mail address as well. Please note: In case you cannot reach your destination, all online bookings have to be canceled before hand. You find terms of cancelation on your booking confirmation. Online cancelation is also possible. Please click on "My Reservation" in the upper navigation bar. Now enter your e-mail address and booking number. You have an overview and can easily cancel. A confirmation reaches you via email.
 
Cancelation
The reservation inquiries do not have to be canceled. For online-bookings, cancelations have to be made. Please pay attention to conditions and costs for cancelations, to be found on your booking confirmation. For information .Please click on "My Reservation" on the left navigation bar. Now enter your e-mail address and booking number. You have an overview and can easily cancel. A confirmation reaches you via email.
 
Security in case of misuse
In the improbable event that someone should try to defraud us using your credit card, please follow the indications of your credit card company and inform us immediately by telephone. Just call + 49 (0) 18 05 - 00 36 41 (0,14 Euro/min). Most credit card companies cover any losses arising from the misuse of your credit card, that exceed a certain limit.

We take all necessary steps in order to protect your personal data. You can be of active help by never disclosing neither your password nor the URL's of all pages you have accessed as a registered user.
